Product Designer (UI/UX)

What you will do
- Design workflows and screens for dense data: hundreds of lines, not three.
- Test prototypes against real volumes and real roles before anything is built.
- Extend and hold the design system, so the twentieth screen still looks like the first.
- Treat accessibility as a build requirement rather than a pass at the end.
- Work directly with the engineers building it, in the same week rather than in a handover.
What we are looking for
- Two or more years designing software people use as part of their job, not as a choice.
- A portfolio with at least one dense, data-heavy interface in it, and an explanation of the decisions.
- Figma, and design systems you have maintained rather than only consumed.
- Comfortable reading a data model and designing against its constraints.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP, admin or back-office interfaces.
- Front-end skills good enough to prototype in code.
- Have designed for a screen used in a warehouse or on a factory floor.
