Industries
Three sectors, known from the inside.
Each has its own vocabulary, its own edge cases and its own idea of what a month end looks like, and none of them is served by a template with the logo changed.

The sectors we work in
Seven industries is a claim to specialise in none.
A reader who finds their own sector fourth in a list of seven does not believe they are the point of the list. These three are the ones we can put a production system or a measured result behind, so they are the only three we claim.
Work outside them is not refused. It is quoted honestly, including the part where learning your vocabulary is time on the estimate rather than something we pretend we already had.
The method is the same everywhere.
We learn the vocabulary first
Ply, deckle, working papers, reporting queue. A template vendor asks the business to translate; we do the translating.
We model against the edge cases
The month end that does not close, the job that gets re-run, the return filed late. Those decide the data model.
We build for the person, not the buyer
The operator entering a hundred lines is the one who decides whether an implementation was adopted or worked around.
Next step
Which of these is yours?
Describe it in plain language and we will come back with the architecture, the first milestone and the risk.
