Before
A single platform consolidating lead management, outreach, follow-ups, scheduling and reporting for a B2B sales team.
The sales workflow was split across five disconnected tools. Reps spent their day copying data between tabs instead of selling, and no single view of the pipeline existed because no single system held it.
What we built
01
The decision that shaped it
Rather than integrate five tools and inherit five failure modes, we consolidated the pipeline into one system built around the sequence the team actually follows. Consolidation was the point: every hand-off that disappears is a place data can no longer drift out of sync.
02
What we engineered
One platform carrying the pipeline end to end, lead management, outreach drafting, automated follow-up sequences, meeting scheduling and reporting, in a single system with a single record per lead.
03
Lead management
Outreach drafting. Automated follow-up sequences.
04
What leaves the system
Reps got their selling hours back, and the pipeline became reportable because it finally lived in one place.
