Before

An automated booking and confirmation workflow synchronised across every staff calendar, removing double-bookings entirely.

Scheduling ran on phone calls, email and a shared spreadsheet. Confirmations took two days, and double-bookings were a standing risk that someone had to catch by eye.

What we built

  1. 01

    The decision that shaped it

Double-bookings are a data problem wearing a process costume: they happen when availability lives in more than one place. So we made the calendars the single source of truth and resolved availability once, at the moment of booking, rather than reconciling afterwards. Confirmation then becomes immediate instead of a follow-up task.

  2. 02

    What we engineered

An automated booking and confirmation workflow synchronised across every staff calendar. Availability is resolved at request time, the confirmation goes out immediately, and conflicting slots cannot be offered in the first place.

  3. 03

    Multi-calendar availability synchronisation

Automatic confirmation workflow. Conflict prevention across staff.

  4. 04

    What leaves the system

Booking stopped consuming administrative hours, and customers stopped waiting two days to find out whether they had an appointment.
